I believe these are the same guys that did a collaboration with Stumptown (at least in NYC). I was there last week, and loved the look of the chocolate bars that they had at the register. I should have picked some up.
My pal Buzz sent me the link to this rather excellent collection of photos of Mast Brothers Chocolate (as seen previously on Salt & Fat) and their bean-to-bar “factory” in Brooklyn.
